Most of our suits feature:
Semi Canvas
Interlining canvas, cotton, felt, or horsehair are sewn-in or fused in our suits to give them their three-dimensional shape. Following traditional techniques coupled with state of the art machinery and experienced workers we create suits that withstand many wear and dry clean cycles without loosing their shape.
Conforto Tecnico
Using superior trade marked waist band making technology, our pants are most comfortable and durable by the highest industry standards. Two inches of extra fabric is reserved in the back of all pants so they can be adjusted by easy alteration to fit each person's need.
Lining Facing
We use "French facing", "straight facing", or "edge facing" combined with piping and hand stitching to attach the lining to the shell. This process assures durability and stability in the construction of our suits. To implement a particular facing for each suit we consider the pattern of the fabric and the suit styling and hence creating a suit with complimentary lining face.
Azo-free Dyes
We only use azo-free dyes to make our fabrics. Azo-free dyes are required for European markets but not compulsory for America. Active dye process is used making a longer lasting and resilient fabric with colors that are enviromentaly friendly, odorless, and safe for human skin.
